Preliminary Budget Revisions: Once schematic designs are collaboratively selected, the MCD team works with the purchasing department to ensure the refined designs can be constructed according to the budget. Occasionally, edits are made, or new products are introduced to reduce costs due to rapidly changing material and labor costs.
