The Transformation
Monta Consulting & Design has strived for excellence in structural engineering services for over 28 years, being licensed in over 30 states. In early 2019, I began laying the groundwork to achieve my improvement vision for MCD. This included the addition of a top-tier executive leadership team to marshal forward this endeavor. MCD’s evolution entailed adding an extensive training and career pathing program, cutting edge technical infrastructure, the addition of an internationally renowned chief architect and supporting staff for expansive service capabilities. I am excited about our organization’s changes, but I am most excited about the positive impact these improvements will have on our clients. Allow me to introduce you to the new MCD…

Our new brand represents each of our areas of expertise, including architectural services, structural engineering, and builder services.
