Independence Townhome Community, Horizon West, FL
Monta Consulting & Design served as structural engineers for home builder Ashton Woods in the Horizon West Independence multi-family community. Horizon West is one of the fastest-growing areas in Orange County, Florida. This village-style community was master-planned in the early 1990s and has grown to be a popular choice to live in due to its proximity to Central Florida's major attractions.
MCD engineered and permitted six multi-family buildings, each consisting of 6-8 units. The individual townhome unit consisted of 1950 sq feet, two stories, and three bedrooms. Buyers were able to select between two different floor plan options produced. This product offers an ideal opportunity for families looking to settle in this prime community at an affordable price point.
