Steeple Chase
Steeple Chase offers a sophisticated lifestyle in a desirable Lake Mary Boulevard address. The gated entrance of Steeple Chase is directly opposite Heathrow's southern entrance with convenient access to top-ranked Seminole County schools, major area employers, and Lake Mary shops and services. Heathrow is a master-planned community home to 2,061 households in thirty different subdivisions, including Steeple Chase. It is famed for its luxury golf course lifestyle and its proximity to Wekiva Springs State Park. Known for being home to Florida wildlife such as deer, bears, and alligators, Heathrow offers the best of both worlds for city and nature lovers.
The MCD team provided structural engineering services for the Steeple Chase community that features 142 single-family homes. The entry price point is in the low $ 600,000's, ranging from 3,314 square feet to 5,601 square feet. The subdivision consisted of several plans with multiple elevation styles and structural options available for purchase.
The Steeple Chase community offered complex structural options to cater to the semi-custom home target market. Options such as double volume ceilings in the dining areas, spiral staircases, and a second-story bonus loft allowed buyers to transform these homes beyond a traditional tract home. Approved architectural styles in the community are French Country, Mediterranean, and Tuscan.
Our team provided a seamless service when providing options management. This service required our team to engineer every option combination before permit. The result allows builders to configure costs and troubleshoot any field issues prior to construction.
